Emotional Intelligence

Am going to be reading more on emotional intelligence and the emotional quotient. This are is supposed to be about one’s awareness of emotions of self and of others. A person with a high EQ understands coworkers and peers, those supervised, and those above in the organization. It is something I am quite naturally aware of, but I am going to start reading books on the topic. I expect to write a few post here on the topic and maybe a published article if it wows me enough.
